When Disaster Strikes: Who Do You Call? — Brain Management!

Brain Management

Manage your Brain for Results

Disasters come in all shapes and sizes. It can be a natural disaster such as an earthquake, tidal wave, tornado or flash flood. It can be a personal tragedy like the loss of a job or a loved one or even something that appears trivial, such as dropping that first cup of coffee on the floor as  you’re rushing out the door – late again.

(To My Readers: An interesting thing about life is that you make gains even from the most adverse of situations.  We call these “Lessons.”  Please read on.)

Lessons and Disasters

When disaster strikes, your coping mechanisms are diminished. Circumstances that others may see as minor setbacks loom larger than life. You may lose self-worth. But if you are willing to listen and observe, disasters can also teach you resilience and strength.
How do you react to a crisis? If you’re like most of us, not very well.  Why? you just are not trained to handle such moments, and therefore rely on people who are.  But disasters come in all shapes and sizes, from Acts of God such as tornadoes to man-made disasters like terrorism and economic collapse. You could spend your entire life preparing if you tried to prepare for all possible crises.
BUT – there is a method that will prepare you for any TYPE of crisis. Condition your mind first.

Condition Your Mind for Disasters

So, how do you prepare for ALL types of crisis? Do you have to be cold and callous? Of course not!
The key is to gain access to your subconscious, which is most easily reached with meditation or prayer. Bear in mind that it may take some time for you to build a relationship with your subconscious mind.

An Alternative to Shorten Disaster Training Time

There is a shortcut to the well-trodden path described above. You can prepare for crisis with lightning speed!   You can learn the nuance of the lessons learned through periods of meditation with breakneck efficiency with ZOX Pro Training.

Quiet Intelligence is Quite Intelligent – Horse Sense really…

Horse Sense

Quiet Intelligence is Quite Intelligent

Insights from the animal world can give us a better picture of humanity.
Many people have pets. Often times they give their pets human characteristics, even though their pets are not human. Do your pets seem to want to be like you in some way. Studies have found that people often choose a pet that looks like them, or reflects their own personality in some way. Logic would suggest then that since a person may select a pet based on their own self, then it is much easier for that person to assign them human characteristics, much like looking into a mirror.

Too much Logic!

It is time to toss logic aside and look at characteristics that are not so easily explained. Studies have also shown that pets often have unusual and often unanticipated abilities. There are “Helper pets” that seem to know how to spot a problem with a persons health. But why would an animal choose to do this? The action of the helper pet extends to other people that are not even known by the animal. The most common type of helper animal is the dog, simply because there are more dogs owned and have social interaction with humans than any other domestic animal. A good example of a helper dog trained in this fashion is the seeing eye dog.

Hospitals and elderly care units have found it to be very good therapy to bring in comforting animals to be with the patients. Many patients have cut themselves off from communication with other people, but choose to communicate with the comfort animals. Many breakthroughs have been made in this way. But more than anything, it gives the patient that moment of caring and comfort – a gentle therapy.

(I am not suggesting you run out and get a pet. These decisions require thought and consideration. Some pets can be quite problematic. You must gain wisdom. ZOX Pro Training provides the means to gain that information. Choose wisely. Chances are you will be stuck with your decision for a long time.)

Are Animals Psychic?

Take a moment to think about a few things. Suppose you own a dog. You are around your dog every day. Your dog is friendly and sociable with others around you. Then one day out of the blue, you meet someone that your dog takes a complete dislike of, and maybe wants to take a chunk out of their leg. In other words, your dog is acting completely different than usual. What should these signals tell you? Dogs are much more perceptive on a natural level; a level you have been taught to ignore – instinct. If your dog does not trust this person, should you?

“Quiet Intelligence is Quite Intelligent”

So, what does it mean? Horses really don’t have a lot to say. While in the paddock, they may think, “Gee, there seems to be a nice bit of grass over there.” They wander over and chew on that patch of grass for a while. Then they see another bit of grass further on an they go through the same process.

If there is a dominant horse already over there, then they will just look somewhere else. They really don’t mind communicating with people. They have just generally given up talking with people, because people don’t know they are being talked to. The horse thinks they are being ignored by the person, so the horse goes about their regular business… “There is another interesting clump of grass over there…”

Horses (equines) possess a “quiet” intelligence. They know the rules and what is expected of them. They prefer it that way. It is only when people intervene with their routine that unsettles them. Then suddenly, we want them to do things outside of their normal pattern. So, with repetition we teach them to have a new way of doing things. They will feel most comfortable with the new routine if it is relatively the same each time. But us silly humans, we want to do things differently all the time. It can be quite frustrating for the horse. For the most part, if done in a way the horse understands it, the horse will be somewhat cooperative until the new routine is established. Above all you must gain and maintain the horse’s trust.

Their intelligence stems from their ability to adapt to doing the things us silly humans want them to do.

The quote, “Quiet Intelligence is Quite Intelligent“, also gives you a lesson to work with and think about. Find the little piece of Wisdom for yourself.

Is Life Fair? Look at the World Naked, Laid Bare, and Nude

Have you always believed that life is inherently unfair, regardless of how much you wish that circumstances were otherwise? So why is life so unfair? One way to address the question is to visualize everyone in the world as “naked.” That includes you – me, EVERYONE! Reactions to this revealing turn of events would range from passion to loathing and from hysteria to phobias.
The phrase “the crowded elevator has more than one person in it.” would take on an entirely new meaning!
Sooner rather than later, the novelty would wear off and nudity would become the norm. Perversion would yield to curiosity, and finally nudity would become dull, even boring. Nudity presents a picture of who we are as human beings, without the trappings of culture and status.

Standing Naked…

At this point, some readers may hesitate to continue reading, while others are eagerly anticipating what is next. No matter where you stand, envision yourself in the Naked World. How would you feel? How would you behave? And to whom would you display fairness?
What would you present to inspire others to be fair to you?
You have just experienced a mental photography exercise!
In this exercise, you envisioned yourself in a different reality using Mental Photography techniques. This sort of visioning provides great perspective to the paradigm you carry at present. To understand yourself fully, you must frequently move out of your comfort zone. Because of your inherent mind-body connection, you may explore your boundaries with how to use Mental Photography. If you embrace the experience of being naked within, you can move beyond your mental boundaries to enjoy all that life has to offer.

Know the various method to get a Photographic Memory

I just heard a massive intake of air from you, from your surprise. Yes, the photographic memory is alive and well in all of us because we were born with it. As unbelievable that this sounds, the very thing that you seek has actually been there for you all along — the photographic memory.

1. Train for an eidetic memory test-

The eidetic memory test involves looking at two different, but incredibly similar, images and then attempting to superimpose them visually over each other.

Photographic Memory = Eidetic Memory
Now that you know the photographic memory is much more than you thought, it is important to know, you can also have improved memory of taste, smell, hearing, and touch as well.

2. Slow down—and repeat, repeat, repeat-

When you're trying to memorize something, it's best to break up the experience over a few days— and go through the content repeatedly.

3. Games for Memory-

To increase your memory, you can use brain exercise, and for fun, you can use games for memory improvement. There are also advanced whole brain training techniques for maximizing your effectiveness by creating whole brain balancing; or hemispheric balance.

There is still hope for you to find your way back to what you were born with; your photographic memory. Your possibilities are immense.

DO YOU KNOW EVERY PROBLEM HAS A SOLUTION

Solution for Problems

More than One Way to Skin a Cat: Adventures in Creative Thinking

People have Problems…

How many times have you caught yourself saying that there could be no other solution to a problem – and that that #problem leads to a dead end? How many times have you felt stumped knowing that the problem laying before you is one you cannot solve. No leads.  No options.  No #solution.

No Solution in Sight

Does it feel like you had exhausted all possible options and yet are still before the mountain – large, unconquerable, and impregnable? When encountering such enormous problems, you may feel like you’re hammering against a steel mountain. The pressure of having to solve such a problem may be overwhelming.
But rejoice! There might be some hope yet!

Creative Problem Solving

With some creative problem solving techniques you may be able to look at your problem in a different light. And that light might just be the end of the tunnel that leads to possible solutions.
First of all, in the light of creative problem solving, you must be open-minded to the fact that there may be more than just one solution to the problem. And, you must be open to the fact that there may be solutions to problems you thought were unsolvable.
Now, with this optimistic mindset, we can try to be a little bit more creative for solutions.

Solving Problems Consciously…

So that you can learn though this experience, I will first point out what most people will do to solve a problem whenever you are working only from the #conscious side. I want to point out just how laborious and consuming this is. It takes on a life of its own.
Qualify Your Problem
First, maybe the reason we cannot solve our problems is that we have not really taken a hard look at what the problem is. Here, in a conscious way, understanding the problem and its workings is integral for solving the problem. This is a typical strategy most people use. If you know how it works, what the problem is, then you have a better foundation towards solving the problem.
Not yet making a simple statement of what problem is, identify the participating entities and what their relationships with one another are. Take note of the things you stand to gain any stand to lose from the current problem. Your potential gain or loss is a point of stress. It tends to block you from seeing the obvious. Keeping that in mind, you can develop a simple statement of what the problem is read more…
